Spring Shoot and Rendezvous

 

will be March 24 – 28, 2010.

  

 

We will be doing our last minute prep

 

for the Spring Shoot on Saturday

 

March 20th. Please stop by and help if

 

you can.    

 

The next regular monthly Meeting and Shoot will be held

 Sunday April 25, 2010. The March shoot will take the place of the monthly meeting.

You scores from the 25yd 6 bull and the 50yd big bull in the A,B,C,D aggs will be used for your

monthly scores. The pistol scores will also be used towards pistol for the year. As for novelty we

will us targets from the unlimited hunter.

We are proud to announce that we have WARM BATHROOMS with FLUSHING TOILETS

and HOT SHOWERS!!

We have gone back to cooking so please have  your meat at  the cook shed by

11:00am with lunch by 12:00 noon.

 

 We need for all members joining us for lunch to be sure to bring

something other than your meat for the lunch table so  that we have

enough for everyone.  side dish, pickles, chips, cookies, a cold salad

picked up in the deli. You don’t have to go to a lot of trouble but, you

do need to  bring something. We often have quest come for the first

time that don’t  know about the lunch so we want to make sure we

always have plenty so that we feel free to ask them to join us.

 If you follow the rule of enough for you and your family plus 1 we

will always have enough. Also if you are bringing a friend then you

should make sure you bring enough for that  person as well.

Monthly Meeting information: Held the fourth Sunday of each

month with the exception of December.

For the Monthly meetings if your joining us for lunch please

have your meat and side dish at the cook shed by 11:00am

in order to get the meat cooked and have lunch by 12:00 noon. 

Monthly meeting will follow lunch. (starts@ approx  12:30)

Monthly shoot will follow meeting (starts @ approx. 1:00pm)
